For our customer car2go we developed a real-time monitoring system for the usage intensity of its own vehicle fleet and that of its competitors based on geo-segmentation. Different usage clusters (duration, frequency) as well as the corresponding geo-coordinates of the entire vehicle fleet were recorded. The analysis was carried out in 1:1 minute intervals of more than 1000 vehicles per city.

HAEMA blood donation
Haema manages over 40 blood and blood plasma donation centres in Germany. In order to optimise communication with potential donors and improve the donation experience, a holistic donor journey was developed and the relevant data points were defined and implemented in a comprehensive and expandable data model. Using survey elements along the various contact points as well as comprehensive market and topic monitoring, we generate different dimensions of motivation and donor behaviour that could not be generated using traditional market research survey methods.
